This week's challenge for Illustration Friday is "Remember". I had to incorporate remembering little boys of my life and the beach. The poem I wrote at the bottom reads, "He dreamed of things, big and small...He dreamed of things that weren't at all!...Swimming in a lake of sand...not knowing he'd become a man...and in his place more children come... that's the way it is my son!" I love working this way. I combine old photos, rubber stamps, stencils, pen, ink and computer all together and VOILA! Fun! Lots of Rememberences in this piece.
This is absolutely a feast for the eyes! Wonderful! In a way it reminds me of an old Beatles album cover!
