Two!

I love these two!  This was done by Jennifer Hudson and Ellen for Ellens Bathroom Concert Series.  I imagine myself to sound this good in the shower...but only in the shower!  I have recently been listening the my old soundtrack from the original Broadway Musical HAIR.  It has been great fun belting out some of those old tunes as I drive down the road in my little red truck.  I simply can't believe that it has been fourty years since HAIR was deemed to be a radical performance.  

Those were such exciting times to be alive!  I am starting to feel that energy in the air again.  Do you feel it?  Somethings come full circle....barely making it then...barely making it now...but something is stirring in this country again.  Maybe it is the coming of spring.  Maybe it is the marking of the end of what have been some difficult years for me  physically.  Maybe it's our new president...maybe it's our undying hope.  For me it is a new chance at life again.  "Let the sun shine....Let the sun shine in...the sunnnnnnnnnnnnnn shine in!"

My feelings exactly....and I'm so glad "the age of aquarius" is back!
I've seen "Hair" in L.A. (way back then) and on Broadway and in London.
Always good. I wonder if it will hold up or seem dated. It sure seems to fit the times.
