Last night before I went to bed the thermometer read -22 degrees! The dogs thought they had to go out but quickly returned. Today the schools were all closed but, our clinic was not. When it came time to get ready to leave for work I really appreciated the gift that the Kids and Ang gave me last year!! I was able to push my little clicker and start my car from the warmth of the house. It is the most wonderful of gifts...and I thank you all again!
Yesterday Paul and Laura came for the day to help me organize and burn old prints that were taking up valuable space. Paul also helped reorganize my office/studio while Laura and I worked on readying things I wanted to put up for sale on EBAY. If you haven't met Laura and Paul then I must tell you how very patient they are!!!!.....And that is real gift to me. Laura was curled up on the floor cataloging and measuring the pieces as I took photos. Gus and Jimmie were competing for her attention and I had to snap the above picture. Gus had wiggled under her leg and Jimmie was curled as close as he could be! Aren't they cute?
Laura even modeled some vintage aprons that I wanted to list on EBAY. How patient is that ????!!!!
I listed these on Ebay last night and have about 14 more to list. Aren't they cute? They belonged to my mother-in-law who is now in her eighties. Many a good meal was cooked while she wore these aprons. I will be keeping a few for sentimental reasons...I can picture her in them but, she never wore jeans! There are more aprons that I will be posting on Ebay soon so watch my store HERE.
Time for bed....stay warm!
